Pork Chop recipe

This is a Mammoth Mountain Ski Area classic. If you go to any of the bars owned by the resort and you can order this kicker. It is named after the greatest retail shop manager on the mountain- CHOP!!!

Not sure where it originated (Other than at Mammoth), whether is it popular anywhere else... but it will kick your arse if you aren't prepared for it.

Often times, this is associated with the Yodler Pub Olympics and Quarters Basketball.

We call this a oneword shot. My friends nickname is oneword and he got us hooked on this. Its great, the 151 gets you drunk, the jager coats your throat so it doesnt burn too much, and the peppermint makes it taste good (plus adds 50% alcohol)
