2 cups lemon gelato softened
1 tbsp vodka
1 tbsp limoncello lemon liqueur
1/3 cup chilled Prosecco® sparkling wine
zest of one lemons

Chill 4 champagne flutes. Shake gelato, limoncello and vodka in a shaker. Add Prosecco and whisk through. Serve immediately in chilled champagne flutes. Sprinkle lemon zest on top. Makes 4.
