Pomegranate Greyhound recipe
This is my version of the classic greyhound. Just with a pomagranate twist. I like it without the triple sec but my customers like it sweetened a bit. This can also be made as a shot, shaken and strained into a shooter glass
1.5 ozPearl Pomegranate vodka
0.5 oz triple sec
fill with grapefruit juice
top with pomegranate juice
0.5 oz triple sec
fill with grapefruit juice
top with pomegranate juice
Pour all ingredients together over ice. Shake and serve. Garnish with a half moon slice of ruby red grapefruit.
