Cayman Sunset recipe

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1/2 oz pina colada mix
4 oz pineapple juice

Fill a highball glass half way with crushed ice. Add light rum and piña colada mix, then fill with pineapple juice. Stir. Add grenadine in the middle of the drink and let it settle on the bottom. Do not stir the grenadine. Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
