Start with the Irish Cream and fill the glass a little over half full. Then top it off with the schnapps.

This tastes just like my mother's cinnamon rolls. Delicious! Great Combination! I used Mohawk Cinnamon Schnapps instead, and St. Brendan's Irish Cream. I've found that Saint Brendan's and Carolan's are delicious alternatives to overpriced Bailey's.
