The subtle, ultra smooth nature of ZYR Russian vodka triple distilled from a rich blend of wheat and rye enhances the fresh sweetness of the Rose essence which Chef Larry makes from 1/2 Cup Organic Rose petals. ZYR's hint of citrus and barely there vanilla aftertaste works particularly well with the tangy Guava - one sip and you are swept away - a perfect antidote to the snowy winters in upstate New York. Cocktail is served in a chilled martini glass garnished with a slice of fresh lime.
