GinGem recipe
Invented by me in at my bar. Great way to use those partial bottles of tonic water left over from your gin and tonics.
Place 4-5 ice cubes into your highball. Squeeze the juice of you lime over the ice and add the wedge. Add the gin, tonic water and bitters then top up with the lemon squash. Stir and then enjoy.
