Maldanado recipe

3/4 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice
1 agave syrup
2 cinnamon
2 oz aged tequila

Take fresh OJ and 2 dashes of cinnamon and 1 spoonful of agave and stir together in bottom of mixing glass. Add 2 ounces of your choice reposado tequila and stir more till agave is dissolved off your spoon. Then add ice and stir till chilled. Take an orange peel and flame over your drink. Use the flamed peel to rub on the

rim of the Collins glass. Insert into drink and give 1 stir with the orange peel. Serve with no straw so the consumer must smell the carmalized oils. Enjoy
