1 dash Angostura® bitters
1 drop lemon juice
2 pinches superfine sugar

Shake the Benedictine and bitters. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and frost with caster sugar. Strain into the glas. Garnish with a maraschino cherry if desired.
