Caramel Hot Cocoa For Two recipe

1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 3/4 cups skim milk
2 tbsp Caramel topping

Combine sugar and unsweetened cocoa in a small saucepan; stir in skim milk and caramel ice cream topping. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture is thoroughly heated and topping dissolves. Serve immediately.

I like the idea but if we needed to make this in 5 min it would be impossible so try and make the process a bit more quicker.
