The inventor is a Cuban-American man from Tampa, Florida. While discussing the Cuban revolution with a friend one night he decided to make a drink that would represent 3 of the great revolutions fought with guerrilla warfare. The whiskey representing the American Revolution, the tequila representing the Mexican Revolution, and the rum representing the Cuban revolution (even though captain morgan is puerto rican). Makes a great empowering drink.
Throw an ounce of Jim Beam Whiskey, an ounce of Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, and 2 ounces of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum in to a shaker half full of ice and strain the liquor in to the martini glass.
