Mango Lassi I recipe

1 cup plain yoghurt
1 peeled mango seeded and chopped
1 tbsp white sugar
3 cups cold water
1 pinch salt
4 fresh mint to garnish

In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, sugar, water and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.

A good lassi

Being a fan of lassi drinks, and the mango variety being my favourite, I enjoyed this one. Only difference that I'd make: add 1/4 tsp of crushed cardomin in the blend, if you can get your hands on some.
