I usually prepare Pweza punch as a welcome drink when we have special parties for our hotel guests. Zanzibar island is known for its spices hence the reason for using ginger beer. Pweza is my nickname and it means octopus, not that i have 8 arms.

3 Boschendal blanc de noir wine
1 L ginger beer
2 ozHennessey cognac VSOP
3 Large oranges

Mix the wine,ginger beer and cognac in a large mixing container. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze them into the mixture. Leave them in the punch. Keep refrigerated for at least two hours before serving.
