1/4 lemon
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 oz tequila

Put salt between thumb and index finger on back of left hand. Hold shot glass of tequila in salted hand and lemon wedge in the other. Lick salt, slam the tequila, then suck lemon.

This is the only way to drink tequila - except in a margarita of course. I suggest doing them both together.

I just did four shots with the gold tequila and they were excellent. This is the only way I've tried tequila and enjoyed it.

You take tequilla shots with lime, NOT lemon. I'm Mexican, I would know. You can use either silver or gold tequilla, but the gold generally tastes better as it's been aged.

In Prague and Vienna, you take tequilla shots with orange slices sprinkled with cincamon. Very delicious!!

Buy good Anejo tequila and you don't need anything else. Try Agavero for the smoothest tequila you have ever tasted. Happy shoot'n!!
