Texas Prairie Fire recipe

3/4 oz tequila
lime juice
3 - 5 squirts Tabasco® sauce

Pour 3/4 shot of Tequila in shot glass, top off with lime juice, splash in tabasco sauce, and shoot.

The fire that Burns!

This is a great shot to dote test the "pica" tolerance of any group of people. Who will be the Last one to reach for the glass of Ice Water? You, your best buddy or the cute girl across the table?

Beware, even with the water, if done right, the Texas fire will still burn.

This is a true Texas shooter - use plenty of Tabasco. I use fresh squeezed lime juice. Excellent!!!
