1 1/2 oz light rum
3/4 oz blackberry brandy
3/4 oz banana liqueur
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1 1/2 oz orange juice
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
fill with ice
1 oz Myer's® dark rum

Pour all liquids except dark rum into glass. Fill with ice and stir. Float dark rum on top and stir gently.

Tip: We change the light rum for coconut rum from time to time.

I made this as a punch (20 servings per punch bowl) at my Fantasy Fest Party last night and it was a hit. Everyone wants a copy of the recipe. Thanks Tom!

I've never had it with the dark rum floating, they usually just mix it all together where I'm from (Naples, FL) and then (in Tampa and the Keys) we float 151 on top.

Just got back from Cedar Key and they also use 151 on top but they fill the straw until it runs over.
