1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 tbsp orange juice
1 cocktail onion

Shake all ingredients (except cocktail onion) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the cocktail onion and serve.

You know, add a little rum instead of the sweet vermouth and the dry vermouth and you have a drink called a Black Rattler.
