1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz cranberry juice
1 lime wedge

Pour Vodka and Cranberry Juice into a highball glass over ice. Stir well, add the wedge of lime, and serve.

A minor change

The lime is much better an ingredient than a garnish. Squeeze the lime into the drink, and rub the wedge halfway around the rim of the glass. Some people may not care for the lime flavor, so ask before mixing it this way.
