Caribbean Pineapple recipe

I have been mixing this drink for years at home. I would go to bars and no one knew the name of it. Wow - now I know what to ask for when I'm out. This is a quick and easy drink - perfect for relaxing!

I just had this for the first time and boy did I love it.

I never knew this actually had a name, I just always had to tell the bartenders to mix up some pineapple juice and Malibu! I love to make it at home. Now that Malibu has different flavors, I've been making it with Mango Malibu and it's even better!
