Too much triple sec

posted by Scott from Canada @ 03:47PM, 9/30/06

We found the taste of the triple sec too much when we gave this a try, and subsequently cut the amount down in half. I would ultimately recommend using only a half an ounce of the stuff. If you want to keep the alcohol content up, replace it with another shot of rum perhaps, and bring the orange juice to a full ounce if not more.
