2 shots dark rum
1 tbsp molasses
fill with pineapple juice
2 dashes cherry syrup

Mix pineapple juice and molasses well, either shake or blend, stirring won't work. Pour into glass and drop rum on top but do not stir in. Splash on cherry syrup and garnish with a pineapple wedge or pineapple chunks.

Serve slightly cooler than room temp, or over ice.
