Amer Biere recipe

One of my most fun moments in the Dordogne area was becoming a member of the PICON BIERRE Club.

In a extremely fine Hotel ( Le Relais du Soleil d'Or) in Montignac-Lascaux, the kind owner ( "SERGE") introduced us to a beverage descibed above, without the lemon syrup.

Well needless to say after a few rounds we could not be peeled away from the barstools.

This drink is all one looks for, enriched, colorful and a comoraderie maker.
