Gibson recipe
Stir gin and vermouth over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add the cocktail onions and serve.

I find this the number one alternative to the classic 3:1 Martini. Drink it to relax and simply let go...

Add just a dash (no more than 1/8 tsp) of onion juice from the jar of onions. For some reason, the onion juice hides the alcohol taste, but produces a drink that is very smooth. Even less noticeable alcohol taste if you use vodka.
