Tanqueray 10

Be careful when drinking a tan 10 with this... it's super potent and you won't realize it until you've got quite a buzz going. It goes down SUPER smooth...highly delectable!

Almost all bars will pour this with 1 1/2 liqour, if you use 2 oz, i would suggest a 3/4 oz of roses otherwise you'll taste too much of the liqour and not enough of the gimlet.
Here's a tip...

Don't use Rose's lime juice. I know that's the classic Gimlet recipe, but let's be honest folks, Rose's is *awful*.

Here's how I make mine...

2 oz gin
1 oz fresh lime juice
.5oz simple syrup

Just enough sugar to sweeten the drink without taking away the sour aspect of the lime. I like to garnish with a thinly sliced lime wheel floating on the surface of the drink.
