Guinness Punch recipe

Gently pour a well-chilled Guinness into a small mixing bowl or glass that will hold all of the liquid ingredients. Add the sweetened condensed milk, spices, and cocoa (if it's wanted). Stir or whisk well, and pour the mixture into a pint-sized beer mug or pub glass. Makes 1 drink.

This mix ratio is gross; if I wanted aftertaste in a Jamaican milkshake, I'd skip the cream and sugar alltogether. Nothing wrong with straight Guinness- I love the stuff, but it should be more of a hint in a drink like this. I'd recommend the following, which turned out well:
4 oz Guinness stout
8 oz milk
1 oz half and half
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
all other ingredients above
You can experiment with a more even mix of Guinness and milk if you'd like, but this is my suggested balance. Also, trying adding the wet to the cocoa and blend slowly rather than the other way around, so it doesn't wind up clumpy and wasted on the top.
Cheers!!

This mix ratio will leave a strong aftertaste; it's a gross part of what is supposed to be a sweet cream drink. Recommendations from other sites include Sam Adams cream stout to replace the black stuff, but if you only have Guinness and have milk, you can try this instead:
4 oz Guinness stout
6 oz milk
1 oz half and half (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
other ingredients above
I enjoy straight-up Guinness too (aftertaste and all). However, in a sweet cream drink like this, I think aftertaste is just nasty, but fortunately easily remedied.
