Harbor Lights recipe

Some wasted old guy bought a round of these for me and a friend of mine. We thought he made it up. It was done in 2 parts though, take the shot of Bailey's and the schnapps, hold in in yur mouth, tap your cheek twice, then wash it down with the whiskey.

...I think he added the cheek tap.
