Irish Cream, Home Made recipe

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cream
3 eggs
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 cup rye whiskey

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or mix in a bowl with a whisk until fully blended.

My own Irish Cream

I have found that if you find a home brew store, grab a bottle of Still Spirits Irish Cream essence (aprox $8.00), mix together with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk & 1/2 can of condensed milk & 500ml of a good quality Vodka, you will have one of the best home made Irish creams you will find. Note: with no cream the drink can be refrigerated almost indefinately. Enjoy
