Pour kahlua into a glass over ice. Add cream and shake.

Probably my favorite cocktail..only I suck em down so fast b/c it tastes like chocolate milk..they are damn good and Ive never gotten sick from drinking them. You can use milk but 1/2 and 1/2 makes it sooo good, so what if its more calories, its richer and more creamy...DELICIOUS!

Drinking one right now actually. Very delicious. ..Milk is a good substitute if you don't have cream or don't want to use very much cream. :)
