Kir recipe

6 oz dry white wine
1 tbsp creme de cassis
2 - 3 ice cubes
1 twist lemon peel

Combine ingredients in a large white wine glass. Twist the lemon peel to release the oil and drop it into the glass.

Delicous--but hold the ice

Had this at the "Chef's De France" restaurant at EPCOT in Orlando, Florida (USA).

It is outstanding. Just a little sweet and perfect.

Just don't add the ice cubes!
