Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Shake until ice cold, pour into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Layers of flavor. First you get the Iris cream texture and taste, then the amaretto, then the butterscotch, and finally the slight burn. This is a really nice, sophisticated looking drink for people like me who like sweet drinks as dessert. I think this would also be really nice as an adult milk shake.
