Fill a shot glass with tequila and drop a dash of tabasco sauce in and around the edge.

Be warned, this drink packs a wallop. The tequila is of mere consequence (it's only an ounce) and merely serves as a delivery agent for the tobasco...which WILL burn for approximately 20-25 minutes, so plan ahead and have some bread or milk available.

I had a "Prairie Fire" on my 21st birthday. That drink was a shot of Bacardi 151 with about 1tsp of tabasco at the bottom. Now THAT packs a wallop.

It burns going in AND coming out *Hehe*

A dash is more than enough, i don't find that it burns your mouth for that long, great drink to give inexperienced drinkers if for nothing but to watch the expression on their faces.

This one was number 12 on my power hour and when I got to 17 and threw up it burned all over again. So beware it burns on the way down and on the way up.

The missing piece to this shot is a flick of ash from a cigarette. That really finishes the presentation for this drink.

Hahaha I'm a new bartender and I had to make a couple prairie fires the other day. Little did I know you only put a dashes of tobassco in. I shook that thing for a good 10 seconds worth of tobassco sauce. Needless to say they wanted a couple glasses of water right after.

We were at the bar last night and my friend said I will buy you guys some shots if I get to pick and we said ok hoping he wouldn't be too mean. None of us had any idea what it was and just decided to down it, well 2 minutes later we all ran for the bathroom....that stuff is horrible! It seems like it burns forever!! I will definitly never agree to drink something before I know what it is from now on!!
