1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz orange juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz grenadine syrup

Fill a hurricane glass with ice, pour in malibu, peach schnapps and 151. Pour juices on top followed by a splash of grenadine. Use a shaker tin to cover the glass and give a couple of good shakes.

I always make this in large quantities for my new year's parties, and I never have any left over. It is also good with a little extra grenadine than it calls for.
