30 ml Malibu® coconut rum
top with pineapple juice
30 ml cream

Build all ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Float fresh cream last.

This drink is really yummy. Its just perfect and not too sweet. I could drink them all night! And the cream on top is delicious.

Best cocktail I've ever had- and I've had plenty!
It tastes just like the ice-cream, it's not too sweet/alcoholic tasting.
