Nuclear Waste recipe

I had this about a year ago at Seneca Allegany Casino. I handed a printout to him, he looked at it, then at me (as if I'd grown a second head), then back at the printout... repeated several times.

He then proceeded to make the drink and, with the same expression on his face (though now at the stage of thinking I'd grown a third head) served it to me.

It was actually rather good, and I'll be ordering another one when I stop in there on my birthday in a couple of weeks...
