1/4 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz rosso vermouth
2 - 3 dashes Angostura® bitters

Stir well in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a cherry, and serve.

A really Perfect Manhattan

Skip the cherry and add a twist of lemon instead. Truly sophisticated and delicious.
