Acapulco recipe

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 1/2 tsp triple sec
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
1 mint sprig

Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the sprig of mint and serve.

Less triple-sec

This is a great cocktail, however the original recipe has less triple-sec. The best deal: 2 potrions of light rum, 1/2 triple-sec, 1/2 lime juice, 1 tsp sugar and one egg white.
