5 oz hot cocoa
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Combine mandarin napoleon and cocoa in a heat-proof irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
