2 piecesfresh pineapples
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/2 oz vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
3 oz Champagne

Muddle the pineapple pieces and cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add vodka and pineapple juice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.

Flirtini and its heritage

In the 'legend of old gregg', and several other episodes of the award winning british comedy, 'the mighty boosh', the flirtini is mentioned to be vince's drink of choice. Though he chooses to garnish with a peel of orange, not cherry. I belive him.

This is one of the best drinks I've had, and I've had plenty of drinks, and made plenty too. I came here for ideas and I found this drink and now everyone asks for this drink, It's the specialty in my bar. I'm just sorry I didn't come up with this drink before.
