Hmm has to be a Pussers

This is very wrong. A real painkiller is only made to taste distinctive with Pussers British Royal Navy Rum, PERIOD. A touch of Barcardi black Rum. I make this drink with fresh OJ and pineapple juice. You top if off with some coconute syrup which mixes with the juices rather deleciously, and gives it this opaque color. Finish with nutmeg and cinnamon on the top, which is a must. This is one powerful, amazingly delecious drink. Best ones Ive had from good bartenders are in key west Fl and newport RI.
