Burnt Turkey recipe

The Burnt Turkey is a favorite amongst imbibers in Iowa, where it was created by Anthony Underwood.


1/2 oz Wild Turkey® 101 bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz DeKuyper® Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps

Pour Wild Turkey 101 into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Hot Damn, shake well and strain into a shot glass.

Do it! It sounds bad but it is actually really good. Add a splash of tabasco to top it off, maybe some black pepper.
