Cremat recipe

Cremat is a popular drink in Catalonia, north east of the Spanish peninsula. It is drunk along the Mediterranean Catalan coast, which is known as "Costa Brava". While it burns, people sing traditional songs called "habaneres". Probably Catalan sailors that traveled from Cuba invented it while on board.
