The Guilty Verdict drink was invented by Eric "Zuber" Zuber in Kelly's Korner bar of Hazleton, Pennsylvania. He explains the reason for the name.. "151 is a lot of proof, and we're putting it all on OJ. If there had been all that proof on OJ during the murder trial, it would have been a... Guilty Verdict".

To adjust a Guilty Verdict, alter the amount of Bacardi 151 rum; 1 ounce (Life sentence) or 2 ounces (Death penalty). Also alter the amount of orange juice, to taste, where desired.
