Bay Horse recipe

1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg

Pour the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with nutmeg, and serve.
