1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur

Pour the Bailey's irish cream into a pousse cafe glass. Carefully pour the Chambord over the back of a teaspoon in order to float it on top of the Bailey's. Serve.

Just make sure the Chambord is not colder than the Bailey's or the Chambord will sink to the bottom & the Bailey's will start to curdle....Not too good that way! Otherwise pretty good.
