Champagne Fizz recipe

1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
3 oz chilled Champagne

Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute, add champagne, and serve.
