1 oz apple schnapps
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz Irish cream
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 crackers
1/2 oz whipped cream
1 pinchground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well, and pour into a cocktail glass. Add whipped cream, dust with cinnamon, and serve.
