Finally someone is at least close to the original recipe for the original carbomb. The shot first poured in 1977 the bomb dropped sometime afterward in the Fall at a bar called Wilson's Saloon across from the city Firehouse.

One note however. For the shot which is called an IRA...
1/2 oz bailys,
1/4 oz. Kahlua,
Fill shot with Irish whisky.

The name has morphed over the years, but accept no substitutes when it comes to the recipe. This drink is incredibly tasty and the Kahlua, although not Irish is a very important ingredient for taste and the caffeine buzz.
