Chocolate Cappuccino recipe

1 oz Carolans® Irish cream
1/4 oz white creme de cacao
1/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz milk

Pour Carolan's irish cream, creme de cacao, Kahlua coffee liqueur and milk into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, until frothy. Strain into a cocktail/martini glass, garnish with a chocolate ovation, and serve.

If you have a Cappuccino/Espresso Machine at your bar, this would taste a lot better if warmed up with the steamer a bit after shaking without ice (not too hot). Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
