Corey's Oatmeal Cookie recipe

1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 oz butterscotch schnapps
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pour Bailey's irish cream and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add a couple of dashes of cinnamon. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Dust wth cinnamon, and serve.

One of my all time favorites. Alternative to cinnamon would be a splash of hot damn.
