Eve's Apple Daiquiri recipe

1 1/4 oz spiced rum
2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz frozen apple juice concentrate

Combine the rum, sour mix and apple juice concentrate with one cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a round wine glass. Garnish with an apple wedge or a slice of lime, and serve.
